* Based on our initial estimate, we request that members make an initial deposit,
not to exceed two hours. You will only pay for the amount of time it takes to resolve
your case. If your case is handled more quickly, you will either be refunded the
difference or a credit will be maintained on your account whenever additional service
is needed.
